Working on the survey

CALL FOR SURVEY PARTICIPATION

We invite education professionals, researchers, and practitioners to participate in the first phase of the IMANARE research project survey on the practical implementation of educational reforms.
The IMANARE project aims to bridge the gap between educational reforms as they are planned in theory and their real-life implementation in schools and educational environments. Over the past months, project partners have conducted extensive literature review on anthropology in education, reform processes, communication surrounding reforms, relationships within educational communities, and the development of observational tools and metrics.
Based on this work, the consortium designed an IMANARE observational metric to analyse reform documents through dimensions such as knowledge, skills, character building, community, and values. However, reforms on paper do not always reflect the realities of implementation. This is why the perspectives of education practitioners are essential to the project.
The current survey represents the first step of a broader research process involving practitioners. It is a qualitative study composed of 10 open-ended questions aimed at experienced education professionals. The goal is to better understand how reforms are implemented in practice, who is involved in them, what impact they have, and what remains of them over time.
The responses collected will help researchers prepare a second, more extensive quantitative survey. In parallel, selected participants may also be invited to participate in individual interviews representing a third step of the research process and also contributing to the final stages of the project that include a documentary production.
The survey takes approximately 30–45 minutes to complete.
